Dissolve a small pea-sized amount Approximately 300/500mg into a warm beverage (avoid boiling temperatures).

Choose any drink of your Preference (avoid tap water). Tea, Green Tea, Warm milk or warm water are recommended options.

Repeat twice a day with a daily intake limit not exceeding 1g.

For optimal effectiveness consume on a empty stomach. avoid taking 2 hours before bed.

Follow a regimen of 5 days on 2 days off.

• Do not use Shilajit if suffering from Sickle cell, Anaemia, Hemochromatosis (too much iron in your blood), Thalassemia.
